All physical product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges due to sanitary reasons. 

We do provide discount codes upon certain situations and of course, if the product you receive is damaged due to manufacturing issues (Which we try our hardest to prevent from happening, because cmon now!) We will take full responsibility and will take care of it once we receive evidence of the damaged product. 

We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we drop off your package at the shipping facility, it's no longer in our hands. Therefore, once you receive your tracking number please stay alert if you're scared someone might steal your package. We're also not responsible if you put in the wrong address, please make sure everything is correct before you place your order!
